If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
What is Saint’s return policy?
Items bought on SAINTTHEBRAND.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must email support@saintthebrand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume or cologne. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
In the event your item is damaged or defected (we are earnestly sorry!) please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Saint The Brand is not responsible for return shipping fees. We encourage obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost when in transit back to us.
Does the refund policy apply to sale items?
As per usual, sale items, discounts, and coupons are final sale. We hope you understand.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been received, our team may take up to 7 days to quality check your item(s). Once this has been completed, you should receive a refund notification email. After the notification email has been received, the refund can take anywhere from 5 - 10 days to appear on your account. *This timing depends on your bank’s policy.

How do I start my return?
Please send an email to our team at support@saintthebrand.com. Include your order number, item(s) that you are returning, and the reason for return. Once your return is approved, one of our team members will provide you with all the necessary return details. Please ensure all returns are mailed back within 7 days of approval.
